Transitioning to my next transition

Man oh man do I hate Scott Stapp, but the guys he makes music with in Creed can throw down. I was elated when they brought in Myles Kennedy and formed Alter Bridge. Now....unfortunately they are back with Scott, but there's one song Alter Bridge has that I think the lyrics are perfect when you are in a transition....so in case you've never heard it....check it out.
